Enquiries and quotations

This website presents products and services. Sending an enquiry does not itself place an order or conclude a contract. The specification, price, timing and project terms must be agreed individually.

This website has no online shop or payment gateway. This does not remove consumer rights when a contract is subsequently concluded remotely or away from business premises.

Complaints and project questions

Contact us about a complaint or project question using the email, phone number or workshop address above. Provide enough information to identify the project and describe the defect. A photograph can help, but it is not the only way to raise a complaint. Applicable law governs rights relating to defects; made-to-measure work does not itself remove those rights.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you can contact Česká obchodní inspekce, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, the relevant consumer alternative dispute resolution body. See the ČOI ADR information and procedure.
